The Rivals List

In this game, we have only 5 rivals, each with unique characteristics, personalities, and methods of elimination.
The concept of mudering rivals has now been removed, elimination now takes place in a quest-like style
This entire document uses a character template that came from the old doc, which can be found here.
(oof, i forgot to add the elimination methods at the bottom of that list-)

NOTICES:
(Names in italic indicate that their name's incomplete or un-finalized!)

  • Age: 16
  • Gender: Female
  • Sexuality: Straight
  • Personality:
    - Likes gardening
    - Rather shy and socially awkward
    - Is a member of the gardening club, NOT the leader
  • Backstory:
    - Ever since her parents divorced and her father left, her mother has become more of an abusive drunkard. And so she became more depressed, and as a result withdrew from other social interactions. She now finds solace and peace in gardening and planting.
  • Reasons:
    - One day, Charlie noticed her planting all by herself, so he went and talked to her. Mimosa then became charmed by him and loved how he truly understood her current situation, and so they talked and she started to fall in love with him.
  • Elimination:
    - Mimosa is the 1st rival, so it should be rather easy to get past her. She can be eliminated by simply talking to her and helping her out with her mother's problems, as this would also be the time when the game introduces you to the socializing aspects.
    - Pls don't murder Mimo. She's too babby and cute to die.
  • Other Info:
    - Mimosa is the last girl that Charlie has extensively interacted with before Anna arrived and enrolled late in school.
    - This also explains and justifies her being the 1st rival, since word of mouth about them and Charlie would still be spreading, given how recent it is.
    - Mimo is the type of girl who wants to live life single, and doesn't have too much romantic interests in guys.
    - However, Charlie is an exception to her, and so their relations are deep enough that Anna would consider her as a "rival".

  • Age:
  • Gender:
  • Sexuality:
  • Personality:
    -
  • Backstory:
    - Basically the premise of this is that we let the fans create their own rival in a writing contest. Whoever wins gets their rival to be in this game, along with their name in the credits.
  • Reasons:
    -
  • Elimination:
    -

  • Age: 17
  • Gender: Male
  • Sexuality: Gay
  • Personality:
    - Sports leaning himbo (He's trying his best)
    - Although he looks rough and silent, if you get to know him, he's just gullible with little to no people sense
    - Leader type of guy
    - He is somewhat kind-hearted, and his love language is mostly actions
    - "Road work ahead? Uh yeah, I sure hope it does"
  • Backstory:
    - Parents aren't abusive, just slightly neglectful.
    - He's the middle child that used sports as a coping mechanism/attention magnet.
    - However, he was so obsessed with making sports his thing that he was neglecting his academics.
    - He has dedicated his entire life to doing sports to garner respect, he is the school's sport captain with a penchant for being crass and callous, only because no one bothered to think of him other than their leader.
    - In reality he has a form of golden child syndrome (especially in sports, call it a fixation of sorts) and is flunking school (hence tutor, could be Charlie) because he is so wholly focused on sports. Guy has been smitten ever since.
  • Reasons:
    - Developed a reputation as a tough guy with no one to crack his shell.
    - But Charlie, being your local extrovert, adopts this rival (through private tutoring sessions? Giving an excuse to why we don't see him early game) into his friend group and treats him normally.
    - This just melts his heart and ever since then he's started to stick by his side like an overgrown puppy.
  • Elimination:
    - Anna can try to bring up his parents and siblings to at least hang out with Zach.

  • Age: 19
  • Gender: Female
  • Sexuality: Straight
  • Personality:
    - She lives a rich and lavish life, but can still learn to appreciate the smallest of things, and has a stronger grasp on life given by her early years in living on financial misfortune.
    - She is an ambivert, and can adapt to both parties and reading books alone.
  • Backstory:
    - She may look rich right now, but she wasn't always like this.
    - Esme was initially born into a family of financial misfortune (not quite poverty).
    - However, these would all change when her father, from his love of books, took a risk to start up a publishing house, using almost all of their remaining cash. His gamble paid off really well, and they became financially stable and rich within a few months, with the help of Esme's accountant mother.
    - Because of this, they were finally able to send Esme to highschool, and after some catching up on academics and socialization, transferred Esme to Ironwood Academy.
  • Reasons:
    -
  • Elimination:
    -
  • Other Info:
    - TLDR: She is the more tame version of Dianne, with her past experience with poverty ensuring that she has a proper grasp of reality and that her ego's on check. She just wanna live life with a good amount o' money, yo.
    - I'm having thoughts to maybe swap her with the 4th rival, which is currently Raffle Rival. Reason for this is to give eye candy first to the players, which should give enough incentive for the players to continue playing the game.

  • Age: 17
  • Gender: Female
  • Sexuality: Straight
  • Personality:
    - Her lavish, positive, and rather spoiled life has inflated her ego, and so fails to truly appreciate many things in this world. She is quite arrogant, and really confident in herself.
  • Backstory:
    - Born a prodigy in singing and dancing, she has lived an almost positive life, mostly with praise from her parents and on her classmates. One may wish to have such exquisite talents and to live in this grandiose life, but of course, we all know that pain builds character, and who knows what has happened to her ego and grasp of reality.
  • Reasons:
    - Given Charlie's current popularity in the school campus, she wants to have him to further boost her popularity as a singing prodigy. Of course, she knows that Charlie isn't the type of ambitious person to desire international fame, so she has her own plans...
  • Elimination:
